Please be aware UK deliveries require a signature. The customer is responsible for any duty/tax on international deliveries. When a dispatch email has been sent, you can track your order with the number provided. All orders will be dispatched from our workshop within 2-5 working days.

Cancellations

​

You are permitted to cancel your order anytime before dispatch takes place, with the exception of rings as these are made to order. Rings can be cancelled provided manufacturing has not begun, please contact us immediately.

Returns

​

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-refundable. Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition, will not be refunded and may be sent back to you. Rings are non-refundable as they are made to order.

Please email contact@phoedesign.co.uk with your name, order number, and state the reason for your return. We will send you a returns form to be completed and enclosed along with your item. Please note that shipping of returns is your responsibility and we do not reimburse these costs unless the piece is faulty. Once received and the item is approved for refund, we will notify you via email. Refund is provided via the original form of payment.
